Unfortunately, there are no refunds for cancellations due to each treat being made to order. For rescheduling, please let us know a few days in advanced since we bake as close to the pickup/delivery date as possible.

How far in advanced do I need to order?
We usually need 5 days to get an order ready. We are a small team so more notice the better. If you need a rush order, please contact us first to see if we can accommodate.
Pickup Information
We do pickups in the following locations: San Jose and Sunnyvale. During your treat selection, you can specify which location, time and date you prefer. We will then email you with location details to confirm everything.
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch at info@treatsbyrumi.com or send a text to 408.740.0509 just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering, via info@treatsbyrumi.com we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. If not, please refer to our refund policy.
Can I alter my order?
Depending on the changes (i.e. frosting color, name changes, etc...) we can make adjustments. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Depending on the date you chose for pickup/delivery, we will get it to you within that timeframe. If you have a need for it to be earlier or on a day we don't normally do, please contact us for a special request.
Delivery Information
We currently deliver locally within Santa Clara County. We have a $10 flat fee unless you order over $50 and we will waive delivery fees.
We're also partnering with HubOn to serve the whole Bay Area in a sustainable way by making our products available in 27+ locations. Your orders will be safely kept refridgerated in these locations. Please select HubOn during checkout to choose which location is best for you.

Why should we choose Treats by Rumi?
We bake each treat as orders come in so everything is as fresh as possible so there are no preservatives or artificial flavors to ensure a healthy treat for your fur friend. We are also an Asian women owned small business!
Do you cater?
We currently offer dog biscuit party favors as a gift to all your guests. If you're throwing a party, we'd love to make your furry friend's day as special as possible.
